Welcome to Pine Valley Motel in Spruce Pine, NC. Please review the following terms and conditions before your stay. By booking a reservation with us, guests agree to the policies listed below.

Check-In Policy

• Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and is available anytime after.
• Early check-in is subject to room availability.
• Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in.

Check-Out Policy

• Check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
• Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
• A late check-out fee of USD 10.00 may apply.

Pet Policy

Pine Valley Motel welcomes pets in designated pet-friendly rooms only.

• Pets are allowed for an additional fee of USD 20.00 per pet, per day.
• Only dogs are permitted.
• Maximum of one pet per room.
• Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms.
• An off-leash pet area is available on the property.
• Guests requesting pet-friendly accommodations must contact the motel directly using the number provided on the booking confirmation.
• If pets are found in non-pet-friendly rooms without prior approval, a penalty fee of USD 100.00 will apply.

Children & Extra Beds

• Children are welcome at Pine Valley Motel.
• Rollaway or extra beds are not available.
• Cribs or infant beds are available upon request.

Guarantee Policy

• A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
• For reservations made with a credit card, the same card must be presented at check-in.
• Management reserves the right to cancel reservations without notice if fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
• Reservations made with declined or insufficiently funded credit cards may be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

• Cancellations or amendments made at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date will not be charged.
• Cancellations or amendments made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the first night’s room rate plus taxes.
• No-show reservations will be charged 100% of the room rate and taxes.

Complaints & Guest Concerns

Guest satisfaction is important to us. Any complaint or concern regarding your stay should be reported to the motel’s duty manager during your stay so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

Smoking Policy

• All rooms at Pine Valley Motel are strictly non-smoking.
• Smoking or evidence of smoking inside rooms will result in a penalty fee of USD 250.00.

General Property Rules

• Cooking is not permitted inside standard motel rooms.
• A penalty fee of USD 250.00 may apply for cooking inside rooms.
• Cooking is allowed only in apartment units equipped for that purpose.

Television Services

We are currently in the process of updating television cable services through Spectrum. Channel availability may vary during this upgrade period.
