This experience has equipped her with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of patient care. Her compassionate nature, combined with her professional knowledge, ensures that every patient is greeted with kindness and supported throughout their care journey. As a dedicated mom of two teenagers, Shannon understands the value of balance, empathy, and clear communication.
